Our Story
Our story begins with a simple but powerful belief: businesses don’t fail because of bad ideas, they fail because of unclear communication.

Working at the intersection of law and communications, I noticed the same challenge again and again.
Internally, policies and HR documents were buried in legal jargon no employee could realistically engage with. Externally, bids, tenders and LinkedIn profiles were missing the mark. They were generic, confusing or completely disconnected from what made the business unique.

Then came the catalyst. After a project, a manager joked: “We have brilliant commercial managers and a brilliant comms team, but they might as well be speaking different languages.” It was said in passing, but it hit me hard, because it was true and that gap was costing businesses contracts, credibility and culture.

That moment inspired this consultancy: to bridge the divide between legal precision and communication clarity.
